Shipping policy
1. production & fulfilment
all products are made print-on-demand (produced individually per order) by our print-on-demand partners.
production time is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch.
2. delivery times
total delivery time consists of production time + shipping time:
- germany: 2–4 business days after production
- EU: 4–8 business days after production
- united kingdom: 3–6 business days after production (produced locally in the uk)
- united states: 4–8 business days after production (produced locally in the usa)
3. shipping costs
shipping costs vary depending on the product, order size and delivery country.
the applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
free shipping within germany on orders over €55.
4. order tracking
once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
5. cancellation and returns
- orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of goods applies to finished, non-personalised products.
- personalised items (products made to individual customer specifications) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- for defective or damaged products, you will receive a replacement or refund — please contact us at info@shufu.me.
6. return shipping costs in case of withdrawal
in the event of a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated in our withdrawal policy.
