terms and conditions

1. scope

these terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

the seller is:

2. contracting party and conclusion of contract

the purchase contract is concluded with shūfu me.

the listing of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

by clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart.

acceptance of the offer takes place via an order confirmation by email or by dispatch of the goods.

3. prices and payment

all prices shown are final prices inclusive of any applicable taxes.
in accordance with § 19 UStG (german VAT act), no VAT is charged under the small business regulation. VAT is therefore not shown on our invoices.

additional shipping costs may apply. these will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

payment is made via the payment methods available in the shop.

4. delivery

delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

delivery times are stated in the respective product listing.

if a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay.

5. risk of loss

the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods remains with us until the goods are handed over to the customer.

6. retention of title

the goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. warranty

statutory warranty rights apply.

8. liability

we are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health.

for other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

in cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation. in such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

9. right of withdrawal

consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
details are set out in our withdrawal policy.

10. dispute resolution

we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

the european commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. we are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings via this platform and do not do so.

11. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of germany, excluding the UN convention on contracts for the international sale of goods (CISG). nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

12. severability

should any individual provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
